Gwinnett County is launching a new customer self-service website on May 18, 2026. The County says the new site will be mobile-friendly and will include billing statements, payment history, service requests, account tools and text alerts.
What changes during the outage period
- The water bill payment website is unavailable from Friday, May 8 through Monday, May 18, 2026.
- Customers cannot make online payments, view account information or manage services online during this period.
- Payments cannot be made by phone or on the website during the outage.

- Water service will not be disconnected for nonpayment during this transition.
